Sina Hinderks	d55f19586f	fix: issue tracker rule over keyword in subject (#1403) ... Some teams use issue tracker numbers in front of the commit message subject, followed by a colon. Sina Hinderks	fe54d30b70	refactor: collecting inlines for subjects (#1402) ... Instead of checking intersections of inline elements yourself before adding an inline element, the new class `InlineElementCollector` prevents intersections internally.
