refactor: rewrite chromeless window (#634)

Browse source 
* use system chrome instead of custom caption button on macOS
* move `BeginMoveWindow` and `MaximizeOrRestoreWindow` to `ChromelessWindow`
* better supports for fullscreen mode on macOS
* redesign the layout of title bar for all windows
