refactor: move non-observable object from ViewModels to Models

Browse source 
* ViewModels.MergeMode -> Models.MergeMode
* ViewModels.Notification -> Models.Notification
* ViewModels.ResetMode -> Models.ResetMode
* use `int` instead of `ViewModels.CountSelectedCommits`
