feat: Auto-create parent directories for chat history files

Browse source 
This prevents aider startup errors like:
```
Warning: Unable to write to chat history file .chat/.aider.chat.history.md.
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '.chat/.aider.chat.history.md'
```
